The West Bank Motorcycle club is at the forefront of technology ...
DaveT (previous secretary & database guru) has designed a way for you'all mear mortals to get 'real time' updates for the Ride Schedule, Sign in sheets and current Ride Counts (as up-to-date as the database anyway.)
We're still testing so hold off until August before pointing out it's not work.

For now just remember to give a thanks (and maybe a beverage) to DaveT for putting forth the effort to do this.  You'z da man Dave...

Ride Schedule     Sign in sheet     Ride Count

On another note - Do not totally rely on the web site for destination information. The map to where the ride is going should always be posted at The Junction on the board just inside the middle door. It is the Road Captains responsibility to place a copy there and the riders responsibility to read it/memorize it/copy it but most of all to leave it there.

Sandy is the Secretary for 2008
She coordinates the ride schedule, maintains the ride sign-in sheets

and gets all that data into our database for ride counts and other things.

Road captains - Help her out by turning in the sign-in sheets ASAP.

Future RC's - Get your destination figured out when you sign up or
soon afterwards and inform Sandy for inclusion in the schedule.  please...

Let Sandy know if you want to sign up for a ride.

The ride schedule is available in both an html web page and as a .pdf file.
Click on the word 'html' at the right of 'Ride Schedule' to get the web page version.
Click on 'Ride Schedule' for the Adobe Acrobat .pdf file.
Having Problems getting or printing the ride schedule? - drop a note to the webmaster.

Printing tips: In your File; Print options (or Page Setup) - set margins to 0 (zero) or select Fit to paper width or Scale to fit. One or all of these should get you a good copy.       ~hn
